Order Processing

MedChoice World

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This page explains the general steps that may take place after an order or purchase request is submitted to MedChoice World.

1. Order Submission

After an order is submitted, the system or our team receives the order information provided by the customer. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

2. Information Review

We may review customer details, delivery information, product selection, availability and other information needed to process the order accurately.

3. Payment Verification

Where payment is required, processing may begin after the applicable payment method has been authorised or otherwise confirmed.

4. Availability and Eligibility Checks

An order may be delayed, modified or cancelled if an item becomes unavailable, information is incomplete, delivery cannot be arranged, or fulfilment would conflict with applicable requirements.

5. Packing and Dispatch

Once approved for fulfilment, the order is prepared for dispatch. Where available, shipment or tracking information may be provided after the carrier receives the parcel.

Order Changes

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has started.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current processing stage. Orders that have already been dispatched may instead be subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Processing Delays

Processing may take longer when additional verification is required, during high-volume periods, public holidays, payment-review periods or when products are temporarily unavailable.
